A veces es dif\u00edcil llegar a los 180g de prote\u00edna solo con filetes. Un batido post-entreno o a media tarde ayuda a llegar a los objetivos sin meter grasas ni carbohidratos extra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Tipo: La &#8220;Concentrada&#8221; es suficiente.
