Sermorelin kits with bacteriostatic water: Where to find them

 

Finding a “Complete Kit” (which includes the Sermorelin vial, bacteriostatic water and syringes in one box) is a difficult task in Spain due to pharmaceutical regulations.

 

The difference from EE. UU., where there are clinics that send you a designed box with everything inside, in Spain the components can be purchased separately or assembled in specialized pharmacies.

 OPTION A: La Vía Médica (The Pharmacy “Kit”)

 

Where: Farmacias de Formulación Magistral.

Status: Legal (with prescription).

 

If you go via the legal route (private doctor + prescription), the formulary pharmacy is the one that creates your “kit”.

 

1. The Vial: Sends you the freeze-dried Sermorelin (octopus).
2. El Solvente: Generally, these pharmacies include the water vial necessary for mixing.

 Important note: Many Spanish pharmacies ship by default Bidestilled (Sterile) Water in plastic ampoules, in Bacteriostatic Water.

 The problem: Double-distilled water does not contain preservatives. If you use this water, the vial alone lasts 24-48 hours.

 The solution: You must specify to your doctor that in the prescription: “Include Bacteriostatic Water for multidose reconstitution”. If you don't specify, the pharmacy will give you normal water.

 

3. Las Jeringas: Some pharmacies will sell you a box of insulin syringes if you ask, but you often have to buy them separately at your neighborhood pharmacy.

 

 OPTION B: La Via “Ágalo Usted Mismo” (Mercado Gris)

 

Where: Internet (Separate Providers).

Status: Legal / User Responsibility.

 

If you buy the peptide online (“Research Chemicals”), you will never find a kit with everything together because the wholesale peptide sellers do not sell medical supplies (water/water) and vice versa. You have to buy the ingredients in different places.

 

1. Where to find el Sermorelin (El Vial)

 

As we explained previously, you should look for:

 Common brands: Hospira, Pfizer (difficult to find), or generic brands from underground laboratories (Hilma, Deus Medical).

 

 Amazon (Sometimes): Occasionally sellers appear selling “Water for peptide reconstitution” on Amazon Spain, but they can quickly remove the ads.

 Input Exchange Webs (Needle Exchanges): In the United Kingdom there are very famous webs (such as Exchange Supplies) that sell cheap bacteriostatic water and send it to Spain, although there is a small risk of post-Brexit customs, as well as sanitary material with low foreign value.

 

3. Where to find Jeringas and Water Bottles

 

Esto es lo más fácil.

 

 Farmacia de Barrio: Ask “Box of 100 1ml (or 0.5ml) insulin syringes with 30G or 31G fixed needle”. Typical brands: BD Micro-Fine. It costs around 15-20 €.

 Amazon Spain: Selling boxes of 100 units without problems. Search “insulin syringes 30G”.

 

Since you can't buy a box at all, your monthly purchase will look like this:

 

1. Provider A (Web de Peptidos): Purchase 5 vials of Sermorelina 2mg.
2. Provider B (Supplies Web/Google): Purchase 1 vial of 30ml of Bacteriostatic Water (will last you months).

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING ABOUT EL WATER:

Many novice users in Spain buy the peptide online and go to the pharmacy and buy “Water for Injection” (the pink or transparent plastic ampoule).

 

 If you mix the Sermorelin with this pharmacy water, you must take the vial out after 24 hours. Bacteria grow very quickly in this water because it does not contain alcohol.
